Hi, I'm Sandy, Miss Sandy, Mrs. Soucek (depending on what stage of my life you have met me.) 

My photography journey has led me to a focus on high school senior experiences,

work with dancers of all ages and creative work with studio portraits

in my home studio where I offer you portrait experiences of all kinds. After teaching for 25 years,

I decided to end my career in the classroom and take a deep dive into professional portrait photography. 

A lover of photography since my early teens, I am self-taught and still learning every day.

Speaking of dancers....

If you book a dance session either on location or in the studio, you will also see my

dance assistant, Bliss (also my daughter) as well. She will work with you on posing, making sure your photographs show you in the most beautiful, yet technically correct image. Her background in dance includes instruction from the age of three through college. She is a gifted ballet and tap instructor and has choreographed for dance companies and local musical theater organizations. A real estate attorney by day, Bliss joins us on location if you book a dance session, senior session that includes dance or a themed dance studio session. 

We work as a team with a photographer's and choreographer's eye to present you at your very best.
